Annual Membership Meeting and BOD Election

VSLL's Annual Membership Meeting and Election for the 2021-22 Board of Directors is scheduled for 4pm on Sunday, August 8 at the VRP pavilion closest to the west baseball fields. Please bring your own chair, as there will be very limited seating.

Board candidates and their biographies are available to view in advance on our website under the tab "2021-2022 Board Elections" or by clicking HERE.

If you are a member of VSLL, we NEED you to come to the meeting to vote! Per Little League rules, we need a quorum (20% of our membership) present to make our election official. A member is any manager, team parent, coach, board member, umpire or volunteer who completed a background check during the past year. You also may become a member by purchasing a membership for $5 at the meeting.

If you cannot make the annual meeting to vote, absentee ballots are available from VSLL Secretary Lorena Brown THIS WEEK on Tuesday, July 27 and Thursday, July 29 from 6-7pm at the VRP baseball concessions. If you are unable to attend on either of these alternate dates, you will need to reach out to Lorena via email ([email protected]) to make other arrangements before August 7.
