In an exciting game against South Carolina, our VSLL boys had extremely solid at-bats (they were CRUSHING IT), alert base running, and intimidating defense. They came out swinging from the start and continued to tack on runs continuously, which allowed for a 15-run Mercy rule win in the 4th inning (16-1).
Our Southeast Region CHAMPIONS (doesn’t that sound great?!) will now take their talents to the JUNIOR DIVISION WORLD SERIES in Taylor, MI beginning Sunday, August 11th. Their first game is scheduled for 5 pm vs. the East Region. The game will be broadcasted on ESPN+
