Annual Membership Meeting and Elections TONIGHT!

TONIGHT is the Viera Suntree Little League Annual Membership Meeting and Elections with the purpose of electing the 2020-2021 Board of Directors. The meeting will be held at 5:00pm at the VRP Baseball Pavilion (nearest the WEST fields and Parking Lot).

As we intend to follow social distancing guidelines, please bring your own chair, and masks are strongly suggested although not mandatory.

If you are a member of VSLL, we NEED you there to VOTE! Important decisions need to be made for the future of VSLL and per Little League Guidelines, we MUST have 20% of our members attend and vote to have a quorum. That means OVER 65 members MUST attend the meeting for the votes to count.

A member is any manager, team parent, coach, board member, umpire or at-large volunteer completing a background check after November 2019 and those who paid the $5 Membership Fee during our Membership Sign Ups.

We understand many of you have other commitments on Sunday evenings, but this is a meeting you MUST consider important.
